2011 Firewood Policy (revised March 2011)

Due to the  continued spread of the Emerald Ash Borer, the Big Blue River Conservancy District Board made a unanimous decision to prohibit firewood from being brought into the Park. 

The following are the only types of wood that will be permitted into the Park:

• Construction scrap

• Pine

• Packaged/Purchased
